Overview In this role you drive broader project outcomes within our prefabrication-focused operations. You will coordinate on-site activities to ensure safe, quality, and timely project execution while managing larger scopes and teams from our Chandler, AZ office. You'll partner with subcontractors and internal teams to optimize methods, costs, and schedules, shaping project delivery in a collaborative, safety-first environment.
Responsibilities- Contract and subcontract administration
- Construction scheduling
- Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment
- MEP coordination and shop drawing/submittal review
- Project cost review, reporting and accounting
- Review of subcontractor payment applications
- Site coordination meetings and supervision of subcontractors
- Change order pricing and documentation for both subcontractors and self-performed work
- Vendor and change proposal pricing negotiation
- Safety program implementation and project closeout
- Maintain as-built plans and ensure quality control
- Documentation of project coordination activities
- Research construction means, methods, and equipment
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' equivalent experience
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and/or self-perform work
