Commercial Contracts Manager

In this role you will lead complex client contract negotiations and act as the commercial advisor on customer agreements, working closely with senior leadership to balance risk and opportunity. You will review software and technology contracts, support new business and renewals, and partner with legal teams to drive successful outcomes. The role offers visibility into executive leadership and a chance to shape a growing commercial function within a recognised technology business. You will tackle high-value transactions and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic deals.
