Compensation / Benefits- Base Salary: $225,000 - $275,000

Responsibilities- Manage employment litigation from strategy to resolution, including motions and settlements
- Draft pleadings, memoranda, and key employment documents such as agreements and restrictive covenants
- Oversee discovery, depositions, investigations, witness prep, and e-discovery matters
- Advise employers on workplace compliance, risk management, and employee relations issues
- Serve as primary point of contact with employers, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active North Carolina law license in good standing
- 8+ years of employment law and/or significant civil litigation experience
- Experience managing litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Experience drafting substantive legal documents and employment-related agreements
