Overview In this role you will enable revenue growth by delivering accurate sales analytics and compensated performance insights. You'll drive efficiency through SOPs, tools, and process improvements within a fast-paced sales environment. This position sits in Labcorp's National Sales Enablement team, shaping analytics that accelerate diagnostics sales efforts. You will work hybrid from Burlington or Durham, contributing to impactful health outcomes.

Responsibilities- Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to support revenue growth and pipeline health
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze sales data; deliver performance and commission reports
- Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
- Investigate commission discrepancies and resolve requests timely
- Monitor and analyze performance on sales campaigns and contests
- Create and maintain dashboards summarizing sales performance for management and reps
- Respond to analytics and commission questions from leadership and reps
- Prepare ad-hoc sales analytics reports
- Develop best practices, tools, and SOPs to drive efficiencies and process improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of demonstrable data analytics experience with large datasets
