Overview In this role you shape agent-based AI solutions for our data science team, translating customer needs into scalable architectures. You will steer technical discovery, partner with product, software, data science, and clinical teams, and drive prototypes toward reliable products. You'll engage early-stage customers to understand environments and adoption barriers, shaping requirements as solutions evolve. The role blends hands-on exploration with strategic direction to demonstrate value and accelerate deployment in healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery with Product Managers and customers to define end-to-end AI architectures
- Set direction for agent-based solutions balancing immediate needs with scalable design
- Build prototypes and PoCs to validate feasibility and gather feedback
- Collaborate with Engineers and Data Scientists to convert concepts into products
- Highlight architectural tradeoffs, identify risks early, and generate actionable plans
- Communicate architectural decisions and opportunities across technical, clinical, product, and customer audiences
Key requirements- 10+ years in ML engineering or related field
- Proven experience delivering large-scale AI solutions with reliability and scalability
- Strong architecture judgment and long-term design foresight
- Experience working with early-stage customers to shape requirements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and craft actionable technical direction
- Experience collaborating across Product, Software, Data Science, clinical teams, and customers
