Overview In this consulting-facing role, you will build and sustain professional relationships with automotive dealerships. You'll apply proven consulting programs to identify and fix efficiency and profitability gaps. You'll drive ongoing, fee-for-service support after project completion and help expand consulting services through trusted partnerships. The position is travel-heavy, offering nationwide impact and opportunities to shape dealership outcomes. You'll work within a respected, solution-driven team to help dealerships succeed.

Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with dealership personnel
- Identify operational gaps and pain points in the dealership
- Apply established consulting programs and industry knowledge to address issues
- Lead projects to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
- Follow up post-project to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support
- Drive consulting services sales through demonstrated impact and trust
Key requirements- Experience in automotive sales and/or F&I
- Willingness to travel up to 5 nights per week with overnight stays
- Ability to collaborate with dealership teams and apply consulting methods
