Overview In this role you will support the ATLO Electrical Ground Support Equipment team by coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering activities. You will partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to drive transparency across teams and resolve design and test challenges. You'll seek automation opportunities to improve processes while contributing to program goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers engagement with cross-functional groups and exposure to senior leadership as you help deliver mission-focused space programs.

Responsibilities- Coordinate team planning, scheduling, and completion of engineering projects
- Review designs for compliance with engineering principles and customer requirements
- Assist in change reviews and drawing releases
- Facilitate inter-team dependencies and track program metrics
- Support working groups, meetings, and documentation tasks
- Prepare and update presentations and data for program reviews
- Identify automation opportunities to improve process quality and efficiency
- Support staff meetings and ad hoc tasks as needed
Key requirements- Demonstrated experience with project management
- Practical knowledge of project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
