Overview As Senior Service Architect, you will lead the design, costing, and approval of service solutions aligned with customer needs, sales strategy, and financial goals. You will act as the primary solution lead across the opportunity lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. You will develop solution requirements, document traceability, and ensure profitable, deliverable service offerings. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, legal, procurement, and product teams, shaping how NCR Voyix delivers value to retailers and restaurants.
Responsibilities- Understand customer business requirements and sales strategy
- Design service solutions that deliver customer value and address business challenges
- Engage subject matter experts including Offer Management, TSC, Legal, Procurement, and Operations
- Lead solution development and requirements definition activities
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, including requirements traceability
- Build financially sound and profitable service solutions
- Challenge assumptions and costs to ensure operationally deliverable solutions
- Obtain operational cost and delivery approvals
- Participate in customer negotiations and contract reviews
- Ensure NCR Voyix contractual, financial, and delivery interests are protected
