Overview In this role you support delivery of heavy civil highway projects in the Naples area. You work with the Project Manager to manage cost, schedule, subcontracts, and owner reporting on FDOT work. You will coordinate field resources, supervise engineers, and enforce safety and compliance. The position offers on-site leadership with a clear path to running your own projects. You'll tackle meaningful challenges in a growth oriented, on-site team environment.

Responsibilities- Plan and control project cost, resources, and schedule; maintain budget and schedule discipline
- Administer subcontracts and monitor subcontractor performance
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with the field team
- Handle contracts, permits, and licenses for the project
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and regulations for the project team
- Supervise project engineers and review their reports
- Address safety issues and support the safety program
- Report project progress to owners, engineers, and FDOT representatives; collaborate with the Project Manager on decisions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, or civil engineering
- 5+ years of construction management or project engineering on progressively complex projects
- Heavy civil construction experience
- Experience with project cost control, scheduling, and subcontract administration
- Experience supervising project engineers or other project staff
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Naples, FL
- Based in Southwest Florida or willing to relocate to the Naples area
