Overview

As an Experienced Revit Designer, you join a leading engineering and multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated digital solutions for infrastructure, buildings, and utilities. You will develop and maintain BIM models, produce construction documentation, and ensure design coordination across disciplines. This role blends technical excellence with collaboration to drive project success and sustainable outcomes. You'll work with engineers, architects, and project managers to shape concrete deliverables and advance digital delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Produce high-quality construction documentation (plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and constructible designs
  • Perform model reviews, clash detection, and BIM coordination using Navisworks
  • Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and digital content libraries
  • Support BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and client requirements
  • Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and QA processes
  • Help deliver projects on schedule with focus on quality and client satisfaction
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support team growth
  • Contribute to advancement of digital delivery, automation, and innovative design solutions
Key requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Design Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit in engineering, architectural, or infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and digital project delivery
  • Experience developing coordinated multidisciplinary models and construction documentation
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards
