Overview In this role you guide clients through transformational capital markets transactions, from pre-public readiness to interactions with investors. You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft the equity story, model scenarios, and shape transaction approaches. You'll present findings and influence decisions with C-suite executives, while mentoring colleagues and supporting business development. This position offers exposure to high-stakes IPO/SPAC activity and a collaborative, global environment.

Responsibilities- Advise on strategic financing options and manage transactions
- Prepare and present compelling analyses and materials for clients
- Research and evaluate precedent transactions for benchmarking
- Contribute to a dynamic team supporting transformative capital markets deals
- Provide perspectives on transaction structure, valuation, marketing and pricing strategies
- Support project management alongside the dedicated PM practice
Key requirements- Bachelor
- 2-4 years of Equity Capital Markets experience at a major investment bank
- Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses (in good standing)
- Strong track record in evaluating and executing financing transactions
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities across organizational levels
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours/locations as needed
