Overview

In this Technical Product Leader role, you guide the full product lifecycle for the advertiser experience across Amazon surfaces, shaping adoption, campaign management, and insights at scale. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, define long-term strategy, and own critical KPIs like ad-revenue and ROAS. You operate in a high-ambiguity environment, translate customer needs into roadmaps, and influence senior stakeholders. You will build and lead go-to-market and partner integration efforts within Amazon Retail Ad Service, helping retailers and advertisers succeed. Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities and write proposals to drive advertiser demand growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced projects, experiment with new possibilities, and launch new advertiser experiences
  • Define, present, and align long-term vision and strategy to leadership
  • Define 3-5 year strategic roadmap, bold bets, and tenets for product development
  • Define and create new customer experiences across surfaces (e.g., API and Console products)
  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute vision
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, customer service, sales, and executives to ensure seamless execution
  • Own advertiser adoption, retention, ad-revenue, ROAS, reach, efficiency and usability metrics for data-driven decisions
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • Experience leading cross-organizational programs and driving timelines without explicit authority
  • Experience owning roadmaps and defining product strategy
  • Experience owning data-centric products
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset and problem solving
  • Influencing without authority
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs
  • Knowledge of advertising technologies (e.g., DMP, CRM Matching)
  • Data-driven product development
