Overview As part of Deloitte's GPS Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you help shape cyber workforce strategy and transformation for public sector clients. You'll lead senior human capital initiatives, from talent management and governance to analytics and executive-facing decision-support. The role blends workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to improve cyber readiness. You join a mission-driven practice focused on measurable workforce outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Provide senior human capital expertise for cyber workforce optimization initiatives
- Stand up and operationalize the client's cyber talent initiative including governance and implementation planning
- Develop strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, retention, and career management aligned to mission requirements
- Conduct workforce planning, forecasting, and skills gap analyses with dashboards and executive briefings
- Coordinate with cyber training, operational, and talent management stakeholders to align development and planning efforts
- Apply organizational design and change management practices to improve workforce readiness and long-term effectiveness
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years in human capital, workforce transformation, talent management, organizational change, or strategic transformation
- 3+ years leading project workstreams, teams, or direct reports
- Experience in HR transformation, HR operations, and learning, training, or workforce development programs
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills gap analysis, or talent management program implementation
- Experience developing executive-level briefings, implementation plans, dashboards, analytics, or decision-support materials
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Ability to work on client site in the Washington, DC area
- Ability to travel 10-15%
