Overview As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead Hyper Scale data center and industrial electrical projects, steering planning, execution, and delivery. You'll align clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes. You drive continuous improvement and manage risk, change orders, and reporting to stakeholders. This role offers impact across large-scale builds and the opportunity to shape project delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams for alignment and quality
- Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects
- Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, water treatment)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
