Overview In this role you will define and drive the enterprise AI/GenAI strategy, translating business goals into a prioritized technology roadmap. You'll bridge business leadership and technical teams, assessing opportunities and guiding architecture direction at scale. You will shape responsible AI governance and help the organization adopt AI-first practices across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Define and evangelize enterprise AI/GenAI vision and roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Serve as bridge between business leadership and technical teams, articulating value and feasibility
- Scan AI landscape and translate capabilities into practical opportunities
- Set enterprise-level AI architecture guardrails and patterns (RAG, agent frameworks, model orchestration)
- Evaluate AI platforms and foundation models for enterprise fit, cost, and risk
- Establish enterprise standards and reference patterns for solution design
- Provide expert architectural judgment on major AI initiatives without owning detailed implementations
- Define and embed Responsible AI principles across initiatives
- Develop executive-level narratives and presentations on AI strategy and value
- Drive AI adoption and literacy across business and technical teams
- Foster cross-organizational alignment to reuse patterns and avoid duplication
- Represent AI strategy in steering committees and business reviews
- Track business impact of AI initiatives and refine roadmaps based on outcomes
- Build relationships across domains to enable early collaboration and alignment
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or tech consulting
- 3+ years focused on AI/GenAI transformation
- Experience translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and influencing executives
- Experience embedding Responsible AI and governance in enterprise initiatives
- Working knowledge of modern AI architecture concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and patterns (APIs, microservices)
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority across organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive audiences
