Overview In this role you drive alignment between business objectives and people strategies for designated units. You will lead and guide HRBP efforts, partnering with management to implement people programs and improve performance. You'll act as a senior HRBP, shaping change, coaching leaders, and ensuring regulatory compliance while partnering with CoEs. This position offers visibility with VP/GM leaders and opportunities to advance HR maturity and impact.
Responsibilities- Facilitate prioritized people and talent program discussions within business units
- Consult and mediate for leaders up to VP/GM level, providing HR guidance
- Develop capability and mentoring for junior HRBPs
- Identify trends with HR and recommend or lead solutions to drive outcomes
- Tell data-driven stories tailored to audiences to communicate metrics and outcomes
- Partner with Employee Relations CoE on employee issues
- Maintain knowledge of legal/compliance requirements to mitigate risks
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance for senior leaders
- Advise on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Lead change management initiatives and coordinate with CoEs to optimize program impact
- Develop and present HR-related proposals and presentations
- Advocate for improvements in employee experience and work environment
- Lead programmatic management of HR/People projects and processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years HR or related experience; 7+ years preferred with degree; 8+ years without degree
