Overview In this role you drive clinical demand and education for cardiovascular-renal products within top hospitals and health systems in the Dallas metro area. You will build institutional advocacy, coordinate strategic plans, and collaborate across marketing, access, and patient services to achieve US Pharma outcomes. You'll navigate formulary and protocol discussions while leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance. This is a mission-driven, cross-functional field role with meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities- Drive clinical demand, education, and sales by detailing approved clinical information to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary/pathway/protocol adoption
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for top Institutions with local market insight
- Demonstrate deep disease-state knowledge and market/competitor awareness
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at institutions and cardiology/nephrology clinicians
- Manage P&T committee processes at priority Institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pull through strategic partnerships
- Support Area General Managers on strategic projects as needed
- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance and maintain high ethical standards
- Understand and comply with pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Deep expertise in cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic areas
- Experience launching new products/indications
- Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
