Responsibilities- Oversee preparation and submission of all tax returns
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for corporate and individual clients
- Conduct tax research to stay current on laws and regulations
- Assist in financial statement preparation ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Collaborate with accounting team for accurate tax reporting and regulatory compliance
- Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to tax authority inquiries
- Evaluate and mitigate tax risks associated with operations and transactions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in tax management or similar role with focus on corporate and individual tax
- Proficiency in tax software and technology tools
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations
