Overview In this role you will lead Division 10 interior specialties projects, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and manufacturers to install toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, and related finishes. You drive submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation while maintaining safety and compliance. This position offers hands-on site oversight and cross-functional collaboration within a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Lead delivery of Division 10 scopes from pre-construction to closeout
- Review contract docs, specs, and shop drawings; prepare submittals and RFIs
- Develop & maintain schedules and phasing; coordinate with general contractors and trades
- Procurement & logistics of Division 10 materials; manage quotes and lead times
- Budgeting, estimating, change orders, and cost reporting; mitigate cost risks
- Supervise subcontractors and installers; ensure adherence to specs and installation instructions
- Perform on-site inspections for quality, anchorage, finishes, and ADA compliance
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners on design clarifications and mock-ups
- Resolve field issues; manage RFIs, change orders, and punch lists to closeout timely
- Maintain project docs including submittals, transmittals, minutes, daily reports, warranties and as-builts
- Uphold safety policies and manufacturer guidelines; monitor site safety
- Provide progress updates to senior management and owners; participate in status reviews
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in construction project management with Division 10 interior specialties
- Technical knowledge of toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, mounting and anchorage methods, ADA, and building codes
- Experience preparing/reviewing submittals, shop drawings, product data, installation instructions, mock-ups
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera and MS Office
- Strong budgeting, estimating and change order management; cost tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills; multi-trade coordination
- Detail-oriented with strong QA/QC mindset and problem-solving on-site
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites; site visit flexibility
- PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 is a plus; manufacturer training for Division 10 products is preferred
