Audit Manager

In this role you lead audits for a regional, growth-focused firm that serves Big 4-level clients within a collaborative, family-like culture. You will oversee financial statement audits, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while supporting firm expansion across New England. • Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning to completion
• Supervise and develop staff assigned to audits
• Coordinate with clients to gather information and communicate findings
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with standards
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and management
• Contribute to multi-industry client service across the region
• Support firm growth initiatives and cross-office collaboration
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Minimum 4 years of Public Accounting & Audit experience
• Experience handling financial statement audits
• Experience working with clients in multiple industries
