Overview In this role you will act as a strategic HR partner for Operations, aligning people strategies with business goals. You will build relationships across manufacturing, warehousing, quality, and engineering to drive organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities- Serve as strategic HR partner for Operations functions (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, engineering)
- Maintain an accessible HR presence for employees and leaders
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR with business priorities and workforce needs
- Lead workforce planning activities including headcount, structure, forecasting, and talent pipeline
- Utilize metrics and feedback to identify trends and drive actions
- Coach managers on performance, development, recognition, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure proper documentation
- Identify issues proactively and drive resolution with escalation as needed
- Support organizational changes, career pathing, and leadership development programs
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, and stay interviews
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Maintain HR data integrity and drive process improvements
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR and Operations initiatives
- Report on metrics and progress to ensure follow-through
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
- Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, identify needs, and move issues forward
- Balance of employee and business needs with policy and practical judgment
- Experience leading HR initiatives and managing priorities
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
