Overview In this role, you lead cross domain, security critical projects within Lockheed Martin's RMS Core to protect information flows in defense networks. You guide multi disciplinary teams through design, development, and deployment, applying agile practices and rigorous program management. You own scheduling, budgeting, and contract execution while partnering with PM, engineering, and stakeholders. The position offers exposure to high-assurance programs with classified requirements and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities- Lead multi disciplinary engineering teams to execute contract scope for CDS programs
- Steer design, sustainment, and development efforts with agile cycles
- Manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and project proposals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and control account management (CAM)
- Apply earned value management (EVM) to track progress and performance
- Collaborate with program management, technical leads, and test/integration teams
- Support staff planning and drive process improvements
- Travel occasionally as required and work within security clearance requirements
Key requirements- Leadership experience (min 3 years) in project or technical roles overseeing cross functional teams
- Experience in project planning, IMS, and earned value management (EVM)
- Solid CAM understanding with budgeting and forecasting proficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher) and willingness to undergo government investigation
