Overview As a Retail Channel Manager, you will lead partnerships with national, regional, and independent pharmacy accounts to grow GSK's vaccine portfolio. You will own strategic account plans, drive profitable immunization growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute programs. The role focuses on strengthening access, contract terms, and performance with key retail partners, contributing to disease prevention at scale. You will operate in a nationwide, field-based capacity and collaborate with sales, marketing, and market access to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities- Partner with strategic national, regional, and independent retail pharmacies to drive account engagement and performance toward Vaccines Annual Performance goals
- Lead business relationships with key decision-makers, define contract terms (pricing, volume, marketing partnerships, inventory return policies) and conduct business reviews to sustain partnerships
- Deliver profitable immunization growth of GSK vaccines within retail channel strategic accounts
- Provide customer-specific performance narratives and insights, including retailer metrics and opportunities for profitable growth
- Foster relationships with national and state pharmacy organizations to improve vaccination rates and access
- Own relationships to ensure aligned plans with GSK resources (clinical, legal, field sales, marketing, market access)
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans (SWOT, market landscape) and retail marketing programs to identify opportunities
- Identify market changes and trends affecting contracts, marketing programs, product availability, and policy impact
Key requirements- BS/BA
- Minimum 5 years of Vaccine Sales, Account Management, Retail Pharmacy, Payer or Market Access experience
- Account management experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Nationwide travel up to 55%
