Responsibilities- Defining and developing the scope of Contracts work with project teams and preparing related plans, schedules, budgets
- Preparing commercial terms for project documents ensuring prime contract requirements are incorporated
- Developing Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and allocating responsibilities
- Coordinating contract execution plan with Engineering and Construction for aligned inputs
- Reviewing bid evaluations with leadership and approving bidder selections within authority
- Managing subcontracts for medium-risk/complex contracts
- Providing supervision to contracts personnel and ensuring adherence to directives and procedures
- Developing and implementing subcontracting strategy and translating schedules into contracting plans
- Ensuring commitments by staff follow company approvals and signing authorities
Key requirements- Bachelor degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles for EPC and project environments
- Experience administering complex contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements
- Understanding of risk allocation, claims, change management, and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with procurement strategies for large capital projects
- Experience guiding contracts professionals and project teams
- Knowledge of regulatory, commercial, and legal requirements affecting project execution and supply chain
- Ability to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Experience supporting negotiations with clients, suppliers, and JV partners
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, and contract performance
