Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategy for enterprise integrated GTM programs with business leaders
- Define priority audiences, buyer issues, value propositions, journeys, and success metrics
- Create briefs and decision frameworks to align cross-functional teams around a buyer-led narrative
- Translate complex services into clear messaging and thought leadership for campaigns
- Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and seller-led channels
- Monitor funnel performance and optimize based on audience, pipeline, and revenue insights
- Communicate program results, risks, and actions to senior stakeholders
- Establish operating rhythms and clear roles in a matrixed environment
- Evaluate new opportunities against enterprise priorities and resource fit
- Engage with content and subject-matter experts to simplify complexity into external experiences
- Collaborate with brand, creative, digital, events, demand generation, and sales enablement teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of leading marketing/growth in B2B
- Proven success managing marketing and relationship development programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI within firm tools
- Ability to learn new subject areas quickly
