Responsibilities- Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy checks and proper approvals.
- Assign correct general ledger or cost codes to invoices for accurate reporting and job costing.
- Prepare and execute weekly and scheduled payments, including ACH and checks.
- Reconcile payable records and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain organized accounts payable documentation to support audits and controls.
- Monitor payment timelines to meet terms and obligations.
- Assist in improving daily payable workflows and support process updates as needed.
