Overview In this role you guide on-site Office Space Fit-Out projects in New Jersey, ensuring architectural finishes and workplace standards are integrated with the overall design. You act as the principal liaison with owners/clients and lead planning, IT/AV integration, and coordination across design, construction, and procurement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk, schedule, and budget while delivering high-quality fit-out outcomes. This role offers impact through shaping client environments and driving project execution in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Responsibilities- Own/Client interface and project design team relationship management as the main on-site contact
- Lead planning and programming to incorporate facilities operations into design and execution
- Lead IT, Security, and A/V planning and integration into architectural/MEP documentation
- Coordinate RFIs and maintain written approval flows for changes
- Act as key liaison during programming, design, construction documents, and execution phases with punch list and close-out
- Manage budget, milestones, and changes with audit trails
- Oversee RFPs, vendor selection, and cost analysis for teams (Architect/Interior Designer/Procurement) and procurement
- Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement processes
- Coordinate with senior project management and construction team; drive risk identification and cost control
- Plan, organize, and lead the project team to meet goals and maintain alignment across tasks
Key requirements- 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Tenant improvement project management experience
- Experience in fit-out, audio-visual installations, and FF&E
- Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT, and Security in design and construction
- Strong analytical skills for schedule data and problem solving
- Proficiency with MS Project or similar scheduling software (5+ years)
- Experience with web-based project management tools and IWMS systems
- Understanding of project life cycle and ability to drive data-driven risk and cost control
- Strong stakeholder interaction and proactive communication in professional settings
