Overview In this role you will orchestrate sales onboarding and ongoing training in a fast-growing fintech environment. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to keep training calendars aligned with real-time market needs. You'll ensure data integrity, maintain LMS and training records, and refresh content to reflect product releases. Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics for onboarding, continuous learning tracks, and team-wide events
- Maintain trainee progress records, completion files, and performance metrics; monitor LMS for compliance
- Act as gatekeeper for data integrity; audit CRM entries (e.g., Salesforce) for accuracy
- Organize and update training materials, playbooks, manuals, and e-learning modules to reflect product and market changes
- Assist in delivering onboarding sessions and equipping the field sales team with product knowledge, dealership strategies, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to align training calendars with regional goals and risk parameters
Key requirements- 1+ years of coordination/administrative experience in sales enablement, HR, or training environments
- Familiarity with automotive lending, sub-prime finance, or dealership operations is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene and record-keeping
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and LMS platforms preferred
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
