Responsibilities- Advise public and private sector clients on PFI/PPP projects throughout their lifecycle
- Provide contract management guidance and develop expiry plans for schemes
- Lead workstreams with support from junior team members
- Develop bespoke and innovative partnership solutions for public services
- Collaborate across offices to deliver long-term lifecycle advice
- Interpret legal and commercial implications of PFI/PPP contracts
Key requirements- Deep experience advising on PFI/PPP projects for public and/or private clients
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract management implications
