Overview In this role you will drive growth for RES by marketing integrated delivery projects in mitigation, water quality, and resilience. You'll act as the face of RES to clients and partners, shaping pursuit strategy and closing opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery capabilities with market needs and regulatory requirements. You will help position RES as a trusted advisor through strategic planning, relationship-building, and technical insight. This role offers meaningful environmental impact and regional leadership in the Southeast.
Responsibilities- pursue and win business opportunities in the assigned Southeast market
- identify qualified leads and manage external relationships
- lead proposal development and deal structuring
- track permitting timelines and understand deal components
- coordinate cross-functional resources across design, regulatory, finance, and construction
- represent RES at client meetings, conferences, and partner events
- travel regionally to project sites and regulatory meetings
Key requirements- 3+ years in a related industry with multi-year sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- experience assessing and managing project timelines and identifying risks
- experience interpreting financial models and communicating deal health
- experience with contracts and deal structuring; legal awareness in deals
