Overview As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Industry AI Adoption, you will define and execute Microsoft's AI adoption strategy across priority industries. You'll translate customer insights into practical guidance, playbooks, and evidence to accelerate value realization. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Field, and Customer Success to drive measurable adoption and impact. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program execution in a dynamic AI transformation space. You'll work to shape industry-focused adoption assets and programs that scale across markets.
Responsibilities- Define and evolve AI adoption strategy across priority industries and functions.
- Develop industry-specific adoption journeys, maturity models, and opportunity assessments.
- Create industry playbooks, adoption guides, and customer-facing resources.
- Synthesize customer research and trends to identify adoption opportunities and build evidence
- Lead execution of adoption initiatives, pilots, campaigns, and enablement programs across industries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality customer deliverables
- Establish success metrics and use data to optimize programs and outcomes
Key requirements- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years in business OR equivalent experience
- Experience developing and executing industry, solution, adoption, or transformation strategies
- Experience owning programs from strategy through execution and measurement
- Strong customer research, segmentation, market analysis, and storytelling skills
- Experience creating customer guidance, frameworks, enablement assets, or adoption playbooks
- Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption challenges (governance, change, skilling, user engagement, value realization)
- Experience working with industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Energy, or Telecommunications
