Overview In this role you will drive litigation matters from filing to resolution within a growing Dallas law firm. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to shape case strategy, manage discovery, and advocate in court. You'll handle deposits, hearings, and negotiations, with opportunities to build your own practice and advance within a collaborative, client focused environment. This position offers meaningful impact across family, personal injury, business, oil & gas, and estate disputes, leveraging your advocacy and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities- Manage matters from initial filing through resolution
- Develop case strategy and oversee discovery
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings
- Advise clients on risks, strategy, and outcomes
- Negotiate settlements while vigorously advocating client interests
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
