Overview In this role you will lead the global PMO for the CoStar lease accounting program, partnering with Finance, Real Estate, IT, Internal Audit, Procurement and regional teams to drive governance, plans, and milestones. You will oversee system implementation, data migration, and compliance across geographies, shaping future operating models and ensuring timely, quality delivery. You'll work with cross-functional leaders to manage risks, issues and changes while delivering executive-ready status updates. Responsibilities- PMO leadership and program governance across all workstreams, including planning, status reporting, RAID logs, executive materials and governance processes
- Oversee lease accounting system deployment and enhancements across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with policies and reporting needs
- Coordinate global regional deployment activities, including executive reviews and milestone tracking
- Develop and maintain PMO standards, templates, dashboards, and implementation playbooks
- Lead data-related activities such as lease abstraction, data migration, chart of accounts alignment, testing and production readiness
- Ensure global compliance and regional operational needs are addressed, working with technical teams and vendors on defects, enhancements, integrations, and release management
- Define future-state operating models and governance for lease accounting administration
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensure accountability across teams
Key requirements- Experience implementing or leading a lease accounting system deployment, ideally with CoStar or a similar platform
- Experience in a large multinational environment
- Deep familiarity with the consumer products industry
- Strong program governance, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to manage data migration, system configuration, testing, and production readiness
- Ability to coordinate across global regions and manage executive communications
