Responsibilities- Lead regional, cross-functional account team to drive profitable growth
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Key Account strategy aligned with business and sustainability priorities
- Build deep relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executives
- Translate customer strategy into joint innovation roadmaps and a strong project pipeline
- Advance opportunities from early specification through commercialization and revenue
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and long-term growth targets
- Optimize account sales mix to accelerate growth and improve margins
- Provide direction and accountability across cross-functional and regional teams
- Lead internal Key Account reviews and present plans to executives
- Negotiate strategic commercial agreements and long-term partnerships
- Advocate for account priorities in product development, supply, and investment decisions
- Resolve critical account issues including supply disruptions and cross-regional conflicts
- Own account performance, customer satisfaction, and execution of the strategic plan
Key requirements- 7+ years in Key Account Management, business development, technical sales, or related B2B role
- Experience managing complex strategic accounts across engineering, procurement, operations, and senior management
- Background in specification selling/design-in, ideally in electronics, telecom, datacom, or industrial manufacturing
- 5 years in power and industrial automation preferred
- Experience selling engineered materials, components, or technical solutions to OEMs, EMS manufacturers, or industrial customers
- Proven ability to drive opportunities from early technical engagement through qualification, commercialization, and scale-up
- Strong value-selling, account strategy, and pipeline management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and executive levels
- Strategic, analytical, hands-on, and highly accountable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Willingness to travel 40-60% (East Coast focus, with Canada and Mexico)
