Overview In this role you will oversee the MyLowe's Rewards program and continuously evolve its strategy to drive member growth, engagement, and spend. You will coordinate across loyalty programs and with cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience online and in-store. The role focuses on improving conversion, maximizing benefits, and driving customer sentiment through effective program design and collaboration. You will work closely with technology, data, store operations, and senior leadership to deliver on roadmap goals and metrics, making a meaningful impact on customer loyalty at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead the development, execution and evolution of the MyLowe's Rewards strategy
- Build deep understanding of loyalty performance across the enterprise
- Analyze consumer needs and competitive intelligence to identify priorities
- Partner with Finance to calibrate member sales forecast based on performance
- Develop cross-functional relationships to align with business priorities and loyalty intersections
- Maximize conversion of customers to new rewards members
- Improve online conversion through digital optimization and store enhancements
- Collaborate with Store Operations to drive in-store conversion and marketing moments
- Manage program value proposition and terms & conditions
- Deliver gifts to members and maximize redemption of inventory
- Engage members with meaningful benefits and loyalty integration into shopping experience
Key requirements- 8 Years General Marketing Experience
- 6-8 Years CRM and Loyalty Experience
- 3 Years People Leadership Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
