Senior Accountant

In this Lead Senior Accountant role, you will own core accounting functions and lead reconciliations across multiple entities, while supporting month-end and year-end close, budgeting, and process improvements. You will work within a stable, collaborative accounting team and become a go-to resource for day-to-day accounting matters. The role offers increased ownership and visibility, with impact on financial statements and internal processes. You will partner with leadership on special projects and ad hoc reporting to drive accuracy and efficiency.

• Lead monthly and periodic reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts
• Prepare and review daily cash reports and cash balance activity
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, account analyses, and adjusting entries
• Reconcile general ledger activity and ensure accuracy across multiple balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Support budgeting and forecast preparation
• Assist with year-end close, audit support, and preparation of work papers
• Help identify process improvements and strengthen consistency in accounting workflows and reconciliations
• Serve as a resource to other staff and assist with reviewing work or answering day-to-day accounting questions as needed
• Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and ad hoc reporting
