Overview As Director, DevOps / Full Stack Engineering you will lead engineering and platform delivery for a critical service in the Global Collateral platform. You will split time between hands-on development and cloud/platform architecture leadership to build, secure, and scale cloud-hosted solutions. You will own technical delivery, platform evolution, and operational readiness, partnering across engineering, security, and governance teams. This role combines deep coding experience with strategic platform stewardship to drive reliable, scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities- Hands-on design, coding, review, and modernization efforts for full stack solutions
- Develop with Java, SQL, and Angular across business-critical apps
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and delivery while upholding quality
- Translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with product/platform stakeholders
- Own target-state cloud architecture, hosting patterns, scaling, resiliency, and operational support models
- Define cloud-native components and platform services to modernize the app stack
- Lead sizing, scaling, capacity planning, and performance optimization for cloud-hosted solutions
- Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, environment management, and release controls
- Collaborate with cloud providers and internal teams to optimize architecture, service consumption, and resilience
- Drive a DevOps culture with build/deploy/release automation, monitoring, and incident readiness
- Improve platform observability through metrics, logging, alerting, and health monitoring
- Champion reliability engineering principles including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability
Key requirements- Advanced degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of systems analysis and program development experience with supervisory/management exposure
- Strong hands-on full stack engineering with Java, SQL, and Angular
- Deep knowledge of cloud-hosted solutions and enterprise-scale services in major public clouds
- Extensive DevOps experience: CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, production support
- Experience modernizing applications to cloud-native or cloud-aligned components
- Proven ability to collaborate with cloud vendors and internal teams across architecture, security, governance, and operations
