Overview In this role you will oversee financial reporting across Arevon's multi-entity renewable energy platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness under U.S. GAAP. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver statements for corporate, project, and tax equity structures, while supporting audit and process improvements. You will help standardize reporting controls and templates to sustain high-quality, audit-ready outputs that support business growth and investor reporting. Responsibilities- Oversee preparation and review of multiple annual financial statements across corporate, project-level, subsidiary, joint venture, tax equity, and other reporting structures.
- Ensure statements, footnotes, schedules, and packages comply with U.S. GAAP, policies, debt/tax equity requirements, and stakeholder reporting obligations.
- Manage reporting calendars, deliverables, and review processes to ensure timely completion of recurring and ad hoc reporting.
- Support reporting across complex legal entity structures, coordinating with accounting, treasury, tax, legal, and operations teams.
- Perform intermittent general accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and analyses during close cycles when needed.
- Assist with design and documentation of internal financial reporting controls, standardize processes, and automate templates and checklists.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audits, tie-outs, and PBC requests; prepare audit support and documentation.
- Provide financial reporting support for management, boards, lenders, and tax equity reporting as needed.
Key requirements- 7+ years in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting; public accounting preferred
- Experience preparing/reviewing/auditing financial statements under U.S. GAAP
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment; renewable energy, project finance, tax equity, or joint venture exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, intercompany accounting, equity method investments, and close processes
- Ability to manage multiple reporting sets and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills; audit-ready workpapers and packages
- Experience with ERP/reporting systems; NetSuite or similar preferred
- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
