Overview In this role you will lead capital projects for the factory, guiding design, construction, and startup to ensure on-time delivery and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget while upholding GMP and safety standards. You will help drive Nestlé's continuous excellence programs and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performance manufacturing environment. Responsibilities- Develop project charters and management plans for capital initiatives
- Coordinate design progress and bid package development for construction
- Direct installation, construction, and commissioning activities
- Manage project budget, forecasts, and monthly status reports
- Maintain schedules and manage changes within approved scope
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA requirements
- Provide construction management and startup support
- Select contractors and oversee contracting processes
- Self-direct project management from initiation to closeout
- Support Factory operations and continuous improvement programs (NCE/TPM)
Key requirements- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Experience leading projects up to $1M
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Data analysis capability
- Proven ability to complete major manufacturing projects
- Effective resource scheduling
- Knowledge of I & I pillar project methods
- Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and risks on small projects
