Responsibilities- Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment layouts, and work procedures.
- Apply lean management methodology.
- Lead industrial engineering projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct time studies, capacity planning, cost analysis, and work simplification reviews.
- Use data, metrics, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, operations, or process improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Sage preferred).
- Strong project management experience with timelines, budgets, resource management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of time studies, workflow analysis, capacity planning, and cost analysis.
