Overview In this HRBP role you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in the Legal Function, shaping organizational design and workforce strategy to improve performance and engagement. You will partner with function leadership on day-to-day HR needs and strategic initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business performance. The position blends broad HR expertise with cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Functions and HR Centers of Expertise, including change management, succession, and total rewards. Based in Reston with up to 50% remote work, the role offers impact across the legal workforce and enterprise programs.
Responsibilities- Organizational design and development with leaders to align structure and capabilities
- Organizational change management including communications and transitions
- Talent and leadership development, succession and career development
- Performance management coaching to foster accountability and high performance
- Total rewards collaboration on compensation and recognition
- Employee relations guidance and policy interpretation
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning support with leadership
- Employee engagement initiatives using data and feedback
- HR programs and enterprise initiatives within the Legal Function
- Liaison between Enterprise Functions and HR Centers of Expertise to align programs
- Participation in special projects and cross-functional HR priorities
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Experience working with management across levels from supervisors to senior leadership
- Team-player with hands-on, multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment
