Accounts Payable Specialist

In this role, you will manage core accounts payable activities to keep vendor payments accurate and timely. You will work within a small team to process invoices, code expenses, and maintain organized, audit-ready records. You'll use NetSuite and Concur to enter data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal standards. This long-term contract offers the chance to impact daily payables operations and contribute to a well-run finance function.

• Review and enter vendor invoices into accounting systems with supporting details
• Assign correct expense codes to AP documents to ensure proper categorization
• Process employee and business expense submissions while adhering to internal standards
• Support day-to-day AP administrative activities to maintain efficient workflows
• Utilize NetSuite and Concur for invoice entry, expense processing, and recordkeeping
• Investigate billing or expense discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or vendors to resolve issues
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure payable data is complete and audit-ready

• Hands-on accounts payable experience
• Proficient with NetSuite and Concur
