Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction project experience; 7 years preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to foster collaboration among diverse project teams
