Overview In this contract role, you will support benefits administration, leave management, and open enrollment activities for a 850-employee workforce. You will partner with benefits and compensation teams, ensuring accurate, compliant operations in an onsite setting four days per week. The position centers on leave management and open enrollment, with UKG HRIS experience required. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in benefits programs while aligning with CHRO priorities and organizational needs.
Responsibilities- Administer day-to-day benefits operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate leave of absence processes, including FMLA, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Plan and execute open enrollment cycles, including communications and process coordination
- Collaborate with HR partners to address employee questions and program needs
- Serve as a subject matter resource for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability offerings from major carriers
- Review and reconcile benefit data, maintaining records for 850 employees
- Assist with vendor interactions, service levels, escalations, and ongoing needs
- Provide support on compensation-related matters as needed while prioritizing benefits administration
Key requirements- Proven experience with Leave Management and Open Enrollment (main focus areas)
- Experience with UKG HRIS in recent roles
- Onsite work four days a week (Atlanta-based) with some remote day
- Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit programs
- Detail-oriented with compliance focus
