Responsibilities- Supports patient experience objectives and provides leadership for department quality initiatives
- Develops staff through onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Manages FTE and budget, coordinating allocation of human and other resources
- Communicates proactively with Adena Health leadership and external partners
- Ensures compliance with department policies and regulatory standards
- Oversees daily operations to maximize efficiency within budget
- Identifies staff educational needs and implements development plans
- Maintains high standards of customer service in all interactions
Key requirements- Bachelor
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification (required)
- Five years of clinical laboratory experience with two years in a supervisory role
