Senior Analyst/ Manager, Marketing Planning and Strategy

Overview

In this role, you will design and implement new planning frameworks to support end-to-end marketing planning and execution. You will own the outlook, actuals, and data integrity across marketing and Finance & Strategy, guiding strategic initiatives and governance as the organization scales. You will partner with cross-functional teams to surface insights through reports and executive decks, shaping how marketing operates. If you thrive in ambiguity and can build processes from scratch, this is your chance to influence planning at a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Define and build new planning frameworks and processes where none exist
  • Own end-to-end outlook and actuals reporting, aligning marketing and F&S data
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly close, and strategic initiatives from framing to execution
  • Establish data integrity and governance across global marketing with systems owners
  • Lead financial reporting adjustments and data restatements for continuity
  • Build and own spend reports and executive decks using Salesforce tools for leadership insights
  • Collaborate with Functional Strategy & Planning and Finance & Strategy to manage budget execution
  • Develop enablement materials and act as a key insights resource for cross-functional partners
Key requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations
  • Led a project or initiative end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured deliverables
  • Proactive self-starter with end-to-end ownership
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and communicating with senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured problem-solving approach and high attention to detail
