Responsibilities- Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for building projects
- Prepare calculations, reports, plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Develop construction drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural, and other disciplines
- Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction administration
- Assist project managers in meeting schedules, budgets, and quality objectives
- Review building codes, standards, and best practices
- Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in buildings
- Fundamental understanding of HVAC and building mechanical systems
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain preferred
