Overview In this role you ensure precise, timely payroll for US, Canada and regional colleagues, acting as the dependable go-to with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate, and submit payroll data, while maintaining audit-ready records. You'll handle payroll inquiries professionally and support reporting, reconciliations, and KPI/SLAs. You drive improvements by identifying simpler, better processes and ensuring alignment with local laws across global payroll.

Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll for US & Canada ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance
- Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews
- Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws
- Adhere to team KPIs and SLAs
- Propose and implement process improvements to simplify payroll workflows
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience with US & Canada payroll
- Bi-weekly & Weekly payroll processing experience is an advantage
- Exposure to high transaction volume and multi-task environment
- Experience with global HRIS & payroll vendor systems (Workday, CloudPay, ADP) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to detect data inconsistencies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
