Senior Manager, SPS Participant Marketing

Overview

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact educational content for Fidelity's Stock Plan Services participants. You'll craft data-driven communications across the participant lifecycle to inform, empower, and engage, driving loyalty and lifetime Fidelity relationships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with broader business goals and scale personalized experiences. This is a chance to shape how employees understand and act on equity awards and ESPPs, using insight-led storytelling to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns and initiatives aligned with business KPIs
  • Collaborate with enterprise partners to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution
  • Write clear, persuasive communications that prompt participant action
  • Package communications to support internal readiness and external awareness
  • Use data and insights to inform strategy and prioritize efforts, with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Identify opportunities to scale, personalize, and improve efficiency in communications and processes
Key requirements
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of data-driven global communications and/or marketing experience
  • Strong written, storytelling, and editing skills; portfolio or samples required
  • Proven ability to design and measure multi-channel communications plans
  • Experience delivering multi-touch, multi-audience communications journeys
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and execution
  • Understanding of communications value chain from concept to distribution
  • Audience-centric content development for varying segments
  • Ability to present ideas, gather feedback, and act on it
  • Knowledge/experience with company stock plans or employee benefits preferred
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams
  • Commitment to continuous testing, learning, and iteration
  • Organized, able to manage complex plans under deadlines
