Overview In this role you contribute to basic and translational laboratory research by handling human samples and cultured cells under supervision. You support cell culture, immunology assays, and flow cytometry, while maintaining meticulous records and assisting with data analysis. You work with a collaborative team to advance ongoing studies and contribute to SOPs and reports. This position offers hands-on experience in cutting-edge biomedical research with meaningful patient-impact scope.
Responsibilities- Perform experiments with human samples, primary cells, and cell lines using established protocols
- Assist with sample processing, cell isolation, culture, and preparation for downstream assays
- Record and validate results ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct routine cell-based and immunology assays, and assist with data analysis under supervision
- Prepare reagents, media, buffers, and maintain supplies and organization
- Contribute to SOPs and research reports as needed
- Maintain accurate experiment records and summarize data for team review
- Develop technical expertise in mammalian cell culture, human immune-cell handling, and flow cytometry
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of materials
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences
